Duytam Vu

Branch Manager

My name is Duytam Vu and I am a senior at Governor Livingston high school. I am a high honor roll student who particularly enjoys English and writing. When I am not in the classroom, I can be found playing soccer, ultimate frisbee, or swimming. I am the vice president of JSA as well as the president of NHS. I am excited to get the opportunity to help children in Berkeley Heights achieve success in reaching their potential.

Victoria Zhou

Hi, my name is Victoria Zhou and I'm a senior at Governor Livingston High School. I'm a high honor roll student who particularly enjoys science and math. I'm involved in the NJ Governor's School of the Sciences and the Columbia University Science Honors Program. I'm part of the GL tennis team, along with many clubs such as Moody's Math Modeling, TSA Engineering, Science Olympiad, and Model UN. Outside of school, I enjoy playing the piano and flute, in addition to volunteering at the local hospital and YMCA and teaching ESL to senior citizens.

Sarah Lalevee

Hi, my name is Sarah Lalevee. I am in the class of 2018 at Governor Livingston High School. I take a very rigorous course load, but I love to learn, and my favorite subject is math. I really value academics and I'm a high honor roll student in National Honors Society. I am an officer of my Interact Club, student ambassador, and have competed various academic competitions including the American Math Competition, Moody's Mega Math Challenge, and TEAMS Technology Student Association Competition. Outside of school, I play the guitar, ukulele and piano, and also enjoy painting and drawing. I do a lot of volunteer work in my free time, including teaching children to swim and helping the elderly with their computer troubles. My friends and siblings appreciate my help with school work, and I'd love to expand my horizons by teaching even more students.

Michael Lau

I’m Michael Lau and I’m a senior at Governor Livingston High School. I firmly believe in the philosophy of trusting the process. Over my high school career, I’ve gone from taking mostly regular courses to all AP and honors level courses. Throughout this journey, I’ve grown to enjoy United States History and English. I’m an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society. Outside of the classroom, I do the sound effects for school productions, help manage the Red Cross Club’s social media, and run a YouTube channel.

Mason Boenning

My name is Mason Boenning and I am a Senior at Governor Livingston High School. My strengths are math and science and I really enjoy physics, math, and history. I have been inducted into the Math Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society. I am a member of the Varsity soccer team, the Student Ambassadors, and the Student Advisory Committee. Although my heavy AP course load is challenging, I continue to play club soccer, ultimate frisbee and am working on becoming an Eagle Scout.

Jimmy Pitingolo

Jimmy Pitingolo is a senior at Governor Livingston High School. He excels in math and science, and is very interested in biology, chemistry, and physics, as well as the Italian language. Though he carries a rigorous course load of advance placement classes, he thoroughly enjoys involvement as a high school swim team captain, in theatrical productions, and in the Columbia University Science Honors Program.

Doug Ladzinski

Doug Ladzinski is a rising senior at Governor Livingston High School. He excels in math and science and is looking to enter into an architecture career. In school, Doug is part of a number of clubs including Science Olympiad and he has been inducted into the National Honors Society as well as the Math Honors Society. Despite his heavy workload in school, he participates in soccer, track, and ultimate frisbee. While he is not playing sports or studying, Doug spends a lot of time drawing or working on getting his Eagle Scout.

Angelina Mauriello

Hi, my name is Angelina Mauriello. I am a senior at Governor Livingston High School. Throughout my high school career I have taken exceptionally challenging classes including a multitude of Advanced Placement courses. Despite their difficulty, I have excelled in my classes being on the high honor roll since freshmen year. My success in my academics has allowed me to be a part of many honor societies including the National Honor Society, Italian Honor Society, and Mu Alpha Theta (math honor society). Additionally, I play field hockey during the school year and summertime. I also work to be involved in my school community through my participation in various clubs. Further, I have attained leadership positions as an officer of GL’s Interact Club and the secretary of our Italian club.

Angela Bonetti

Hi I’m Angela! I’m a senior at Governor Livingston High School. I’m currently a part of NHS and I run cross country and track. I”m a part of many academic clubs such as TSA, Science Olympiad, and Science League. I’m very passionate about subjects such as History and Chemistry and I’d like to pursue engineering in college and even afterwards. I love working with kids and have coached running for two years with the Wolfpack running program.

Amanda McElroy

Hi, I’m Amanda McElroy and I am a member of the Class of 2017 at Governor Livingston High School. I am a member of several clubs at Governor Livingston such as Interact, Student Auxiliary, Junior Statesmen of America, the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, and Spanish Honor Society. Throughout high school I’ve been enrolled in many AP classes, my favorites being Math and Spanish. In addition to handling a heavy workload, I am a Varsity runner all year round.

Kilian Quinn

My name is Kilian Quinn and I am a part of the Class of 2017 at Governor Livingston High School. I am an honor roll student who is involved in many clubs and organizations such as Trend, Link Crew and National Honor Society. I love sports and participate in varsity soccer, swimming, and track and field at GL. When I’m not in school studying, playing sports, or participating in my other clubs, I enjoy the simple things in life like eating way too much food and taking long naps.

Gianna Miggins

Gianna Miggins is a senior at Governor Livingston High School. She excels in math and science and is very hardworking. She is great at working with children of all ages as well as peers her own age. She was part of the cross country and track teams and is now involved with the math and STEM clubs. She is looking forward to majoring in engineering in college.

Austin Wang

Hi everyone! My name is Austin. I believe that the best tutors are not the ones with the highest grades but the ones that can understand the places where people can get stuck on. That being said, good grades are still important which is why tutors are important! I am one of two Vice Presidents at the National Honors Society at Governor Livingston.
